A little about me.
I moved to the North Texas area from Amarillo in 1991, to pursue higher education. I received my B.A. from UT, Arlington and then worked for a national telecom company successfully leading a team focused on developing services in new metropolitan areas. I left the 'corporate world' to open a retail business. During the eight years operated this business, I grew it to $1.7 million in annual sales. But after 8 years, even though I already had an established and successful business, I was ready for something different. I have always had an interest in Real Estate. I successfully sold my business in 2006 which provided me the opportunity to pursue my interest in Real Estate.
I married my wife, now mother to our beautiful daughter, by being in real estate. In fact, she was the first person I showed houses to after I received my Real Estate license! What a fun story to share of how we started out!
I started out in Real Estate by buying and remodeling a house then selling it for a profit. I have continued to invest in real estate as well as helping clients with their decisions to buy and sell properties. In addition, I manage investment properties for others. I enjoy making the complexity of real estate understandable to my clients. I have the patience and willingness to go the extra mile. I want my clients to know their options and to be informed to make the best possible decision.
Real Estate, however, is not the only interest in my life. Some other priorities of mine include my faith, my family and learning to live out the Golden Rule. My wife and I attend a local church and have taught pre-school there. We are active in our community and have volunteered at a local rehabilitation and nursing center. We also both have help at a non-profit agency that runs a crisis pregnancy center .
If you are considering purchasing or selling a home, let me put my experience and expertise to work for you!
